I know the challenges of ministry. My wife and I have spent many years offering leadership in the local congregation. We have served in various settings: the mega-church, small church and mid-sized church. Throughout our ministry we have always offered support to our fellow colleagues, especially when they are stressed by the demands of this high calling. Let me know if we can be of support to you.
The Challenge of Ministry
Pastors may be facing a conflict within their church
or family, going through a transition, considering a different call, or adjusting
to a new ministry. They may be seeking
to overcome a destructive habit or develop a new skill. Through coaching I seek to assist you towards
desired outcomes and help you leverage your strengths and resources to achieve
your desired results. Although I am only
able to personally coach a limited number of colleagues at one time, I am
developing a network of trained coaches who can be supportive. So let me know if you are interested, and I
would be happy to work with you to come up with a plan.
