Edify has provided capital for technological advancements in independent sustainable schools in poor communities in the developing world. The challenge with technologically oriented curriculum, as I see it, is helping to steer from rote learning into more critical thought development that prepares the students for higher levels of learning and future contributions to their communities. Children Matter

When friends and family with children go through a divorce, one of the things I would like them to hear and thoughtfully consider, is what their children are thinking. How does the break-up impact the kids? But it's hard to ask them. And children sometimes don't talk when they are asked. They don't know what to say. Often they lack words for the feelings they have and they may not even understand their feelings.
