I talked to a father from Queens at our church. He was walking around our pumpkin patch with his delighted wife and gleeful children, picking out several large pumpkins: one for each member of the family. “We come here every year,” he said. “We really missed it when you didn’t have it.”
His comment made me think of all the things this church does and all the ways we have served people over the years. Imagine the great void in our community if we weren't here. The contributions and volunteer service of our people makes a difference in multiple big and little ways. Thanks to all the members of CCEW!
